By using Duty AI, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.

You may need an account to use some features and are responsible for keeping your account information confidential.

3. Data Collection

Duty AI may collect data required to operate the service and takes reasonable steps to secure it.

4. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for content you create. Duty AI may moderate or remove content that is inappropriate or violates these terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the platform for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

6. Intellectual Property

Duty AI owns or licenses the intellectual property associated with the application and its content.

7. Violations and Disputes

Violations may lead to restricted access or account action. Disputes will be handled through Duty AI’s applicable process.

9. Payment Terms

Subscription prices may vary by plan, promotion, or business need.

• New users may receive a 7-day free trial with premium access.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew; renew manually before expiry.
• Payments are final and non-refundable, including unused time after cancellation.
• Payments are processed securely through Amar Pay; Duty AI does not store payment details.
• To cancel, contact duty.com.bd@gmail.com. Cancellation cannot be processed directly in the app.

10. Changes to Terms

Duty AI may update these terms when needed. Continued use after significant changes means you accept the updated terms.
