Duty AI Payment Policy

At Duty AI, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent subscription experience for our users. Please review the following Payment Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. Subscription Plans

Duty AI offers flexible subscription plans to suit different user needs. The available plans are:

1-Month Subscription (valid for 30 days)
6-Month Subscription (valid for 180 days)
1-Year Subscription (valid for 365 days)

We occasionally offer discounts and promotional pricing, which may change based on business needs. Users will always see the latest pricing before completing a purchase.

7-Day Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial, granting full access to all premium features. After the trial ends, users who wish to continue using premium features must subscribe to a paid plan. If a user chooses not to subscribe after the trial period, they will automatically be switched to the free plan, with limited access to certain features.

2. Features Available in Free & Paid Plans

Premium Features for Paid Users

Users who subscribe to any paid plan will enjoy full access to the following features:

✅ Stock Analysis Chat – Get AI-powered insights on any stock.

✅ Stock Scanner – Identify the best stocks based on your preferences.

✅ Golden Choice – Select multiple stocks, and AI will choose the best one.

✅ AI Alarm – Set personalized AI-driven stock alerts.

✅ Market Notifications – Receive important stock market updates in real time.

✅ Daily Stock & Forex Analysis – AI-generated insights on market trends.

✅ Portfolio AI Support – AI-driven portfolio guidance for better investment decisions.

Features Available in the Free Plan

Users who do not subscribe to a paid plan can still access the following:

Portfolio Management (without AI support)
Real-Time Chat (available for all users)
AI Alarm (limited to 3 alerts per month)
Golden Choice (limited to 3 selections per month)

Free users do not have access to features such as stock analysis, stock scanner, notifications, and AI-driven insights.

3. Subscription Activation & Renewal

Subscription Activation

All subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment.
If a user purchases multiple subscriptions at once, they will be activated sequentially.

Example: If a user buys three 1-month plans at the same time, the plans will activate one after another, ensuring uninterrupted service for three months.

Subscription Expiry & Manual Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Users must manually renew their subscription before it expires.
If a user does not renew their subscription before it expires, their account will automatically switch to the free plan, with access to only free features.

⚠ No Auto-Charging Policy:

Duty AI does not store users' payment details or charge them automatically.
Users are responsible for renewing their subscription manually if they wish to continue using premium features.

4. Payment Processing & Security

At Duty AI, we prioritize the security of your transactions. All payments are securely processed through Amar Pay, a trusted and secure Bangladeshi payment gateway.

Key Payment Policies:

✅ Duty AI does not collect, store, or monitor any payment-related data such as credit card details, bank account information, or mobile payment details.

✅ When a user confirms a payment, they are securely redirected to Amar Pay's official payment page to complete the transaction.

✅ All transactions are encrypted and protected, ensuring the highest level of security.

⚠ Important Notice:

Duty AI only processes payments through its official platform.
If a user makes a payment outside of the official Duty AI system (e.g., through an unauthorized third party), Duty AI will not be responsible for any losses or issues.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

Users cannot cancel their subscription directly from the app.
To request a cancellation, users must contact Duty AI Support via:

Upon cancellation, the subscription will immediately stop, and the user will revert to the free plan.

No Refund Policy

All payments are final, and Duty AI does not offer refunds for any purchased subscription.
Even if a user cancels their subscription before the end of the subscription period, no refund (full or partial) will be provided.
Users can continue to use the paid features until the end of their subscription term, even after requesting cancellation.

⚠ Cancellation Request Process:

The user must send a cancellation request from their registered Duty AI account.
Duty AI does not process cancellation requests on behalf of another user.
